The US Army 45th Field Hospital was formed in 1943. Nurses of the 45th Field Hospital were the first Army nurses to do duty in France, arriving at Utah Beach on 10 June 1944.

We primarily portray Nurses of the Army Nursing Corps, with focus on the 45th F.H. However, we have also portrayed nurses of other hospitals and medical wards when appropriate.
